I expect when you've been on a plane for several hours or are truly in a hurry to make a connection or get to local destination 3-5 minutes feels like an eternity.

Don't do this. Don't be the ... who pushes past everyone, but as you said the hold up is people dilly dallying. If the person in the row in front of you isn't moving and isn't blocking the aisle, go past them and help get people off the plane. You might be considerate to the ONE person taking their time but you're inconsiderate to EVERY person behind you.
