I've had this happen before to me during IROPS. Where the concierge automatically protected me on the next flight and did me a solid by moving my e-upgraded ticket to a Latitude upgrade.

It's always nice to travel on a Latitude upgrade instead of an e-upgrade, because on the former you're actually booked into J class instead of R class and you have a lot more flexibility day of travel (and less chance of getting booted to Y during IROPS).
