It's a SH booking (CTA via DUB) - I had forgotten you could book via BAEC so thank you for that, I'll give it a go.

It was a very pleasant surprise to discover how many Italian routes EI fly; if this one works out ok it could well become first choice vs Flybe/BA via LGW.
