No 757 has ever been re-engined and this would be as very expensive and extensive project. No way that's ever going to happen with aircraft as old as these (and nobody has ever expressed an interest). The youngest UA 757 with PW engines is N598UA - first flown on Jan. 6th, 1999. 18 years ago.
