The "lounge" isn't an executive-style lounge that requires "access." There is an open area between the lobby and the pool that serves the complimentary breakfast in the morning and then converts to a bar (lounge) at night.

Quite frankly, I found the breakfast a bit lacking during a stay in September '16 which was as I understand just after they implemented it. The full breakfast at the Phoenician was more to my liking.
