I'm currently flying paid J from Venice to Vancouver via Frankfurt and Calgary. In Venice now and the gate agent wasn't able to print either Canadian boarding pass for my wife, but I have all three. He said there was a name issue that needed to be verified in Frankfurt.

Since AC is past EU passport control and my wife won't have a boarding pass, what's the best way to solve this? The connection is only 1:10 so that doesn't give us a lot of time to do anything in Frankfurt.

Currently on hold with reservations but hold is long and suspect they can't help anyway.

Can the concierge help? I know it's "at airport only" when not SE but the airport I'm at doesn't have a concierge
