If your incoming flight is on time and you truly get 90 minutes, your chances of spending at least a little bit of time in a TBIT lounge are good. You might want to ask one of the lounge front desk folks about estimated walking time from the lounge to your departure gate.

Do keep track of the time. You are cutting it close.
