He certainly seems to have done a good job on the financial side, and he figured a way to get BA staked to a wider footprint with IB, EI and picking up the BD slots/routes was a smart move.

I haven't seen any real innovation beyond finding ways to save money - MF, BOB, cost-cutting.

Am interested to see if others see things he has brought to the table I'm missing.
