WW's tenure as BA CEO was generally positive IMO - you must also consider the difficult circumstances. The trajectory that the airline is now taking only really started to come into effect 2-3 years after the IB merger. I suspect the idea of consolidation went to his head. I suspect Alex Cruz gets a lot of flack when really it's Walsh pulling the strings.
A little off topic, but IB as it is today is something WW can be truly proud of.
