I have flown this route dozens of times. They will follow the Himalayas (they will be to the left of the plane) and you can easily see all the peaks and Everest (though it is not easy to identify and doesn't 'look' the tallest so research first.

In the image, the dot at far right is Sagarmatha (colonial name Mt. Everest). Is it on the left or the right when you are flying AUH-KTM (something you have done dozens of times)?
Of course the plane will not fly the exact shortest route and will turn before landing, but its exact route depends on prevailing winds and ATC and so forth. And when the plane is close to KTM, the peak is still over a hundred miles away...
