2Ku installs just getting started on narrowbody fleet and 737's and A319's appear to be getting it first. Non-Delta ONE 757's will eventually get it, but it will probably take a few years. ATG systems only work within about 100 miles of the shoreline as they have to be in range of ground-based antenna's --
