I just had a priceline mobile BRG denied after discussion on the phone with the BRG department because of a clause in the Cancellation Policy that states:
"Priceline will not charge you a change or cancel fee, however the hotel has the following cancellation policy: If the displayed rate is still available, Priceline will immediately charge you credit card the total cost of the stay. Rooms purchased through priceline cannot be cancelled, changed or transferred and refunds are not allowed. If the displayed rate is not available, your credit card will not be charged. Price and room availability are not guaranteed until purchase is confirmed."
Has anyone encountered this before? Does this actually mean the priceline rate is "on call?"
