Ruby's Diner uses VX805s attached to IBM POS hardware. POStouch shows up on their screensaver (the software they use, perhaps). The VX805s are not customer accessible, even in the takeout area, and there are signs saying to "pay your server" vs. paying at the front. Receipt:



My suspicion is that PIN is disabled on the terminals. Interestingly they also show up on the Mastercard map but I don't see how anyone would be able to use contactless there.
