Watching the coverage, I'm concerned for the people at the airport who have been detained against their will. No water or food is being provided to these people, despite their detention having gone on for four hours. Currently, at FLL, it is 76F and 80% humidity.

I'm concerned that there may be a gross overreach of authority by the local sheriff and law enforcement, who is not only violating the civil rights of innocent people, but is costing the airlines millions of dollars and inconvenience to thousands of passengers. Let's hope this gets over quickly.
