Yes. But why would you do so?

1. With exceptions, many minors fly with their parents. If the parents are CX MPC elite higher than SL, don't see how much the minors miss.

2. Many lounges impose age restriction due to alcohol serving. So if the minor is a GO, he/she can kiss the lounge access goodbye practically.

3. Again - with exceptions, minors are not usually as tall as adults. So there will be no need for exit-row/bulkhead seats.
