I am sure NZ will remedy this apalling state of affairs once the complaints start rolling in...............that is if they have any sense.

I used to love all those niceities like the pre flight drink, the linen table cloths, the salt & pepper shakers and so on.

Who in their right mind would bother either using valuable airpoints to upgrade or paying significantly more for a product that is only a notch up from Y!!!!
