Hmm.. I hope the Canadian has never flown US airlines domestic 'First Class'. He'd have a coronary!

Regardless, I hope you're pleased that the cutlery and crockery will be making it's return soon. I haven't seen the boxes in person, but I'm sure that will be an improvement!
