Returned on J class today. The FA actually individually warned each J class passenger prior to takeoff what they were about to receive as she was so embarassed to serve the box! Even the crisps with drinks are gone and no welcoming on-board drink anymore - luckly the icecream is still there (only on dinner flights). The consensus onboard was that the offering was poor and a Canadian even mention that it is quite misleading to call the cabin "business class" and not offer what is normally expected from AirNZ on all its other routes
