I would suggest you read read the Stickies, specifically the rules around using companion vouchers and the TP Run thread.
Are your travel dates relatively fixed or flexible? You will find it quite difficult getting 4 CW award seats on one flight.
Thanks I'll look into the TP run deals. Our dates are flexible and I've seen some availabilities for 4 tickets if you book far in advance.
