If this had been in the US, I would've sworn it was about my cousin, who when we go out together, if she is the one paying for her meal, will order water and constant refills of the free bread basket and nothing else, or water and the free chips and salsa, etc. She's also been known to go to a deli that has a free ice cream machine for customers and just walk in, get an ice cream cone, and walk out - all without buying a meal first. And doesn't see anything wrong with it.
