This doesn't sound very good at all. It sounds like they are trying to make everything disposable to save money, which means no hot food and paper cups, but in business class? How much extra can it cost to have proper dishes, especially when the facilities are all already there for the international airline? Or haven't they installed ovens on the A320s?
