I would think QR would be your best bet (assuming you have 4 flights on BA metal already covered).

There should be plenty of great fares in the upcoming QR sale (9th Jan).

I would advise to look for BKK fares as a rtn from AUH would net you 360 of your required 390 if booked in a business cabin.
