Both times I was in transit in J I was met and escorted, and for a long connection I was given a room at the Pullman even though it was an award ticket on AF ticket stock.
For my next trip I am again in J with a long International transit CZ-CZ but as it is again a Flying Blue award on AF ticket stock I can't log in on the CZ website or app, any other way to guarantee the Pullman?
