The only way I would *really* complain about a crying baby while being in J would be if the rules stipulated that there were no kids allowed, but someone managed to smuggle one and/or I could hear the kid from back in Y.

Otherwise you are free to throw a fit, but it's allowed. DL could change that if they wanted to, but that is a COMPLETELY different question.
