They hold the reservation for a fair chunk of time, they won't give it away for an hour or so, after three they may well feel entitled to do so. I would go to the desk as soon as you arrived anyway and mention any timing preferences. T3 to T5 CCR is about 45 minutes or so. You can eat in the cabana if you wish, they will bring food to you.
