Dealing with Aer Club is extremely frustrating. My old Gold circle statement for Oct 16 showed 4,600 points. None of these have been transferred to the new Avios scheme let alone been doubled and added to 250 points. I phoned them twice to explain, got a load of we are sorry, lots of people having similar problems, then I get a stupid email from the loyalty people telling me only the last 12 months count. I commute to London every week Mon-Fri, so even if this "new" requirement is a fact (one I couldn't find on the "Welcome to Avios" emails, I have more than enough credits. If anyone at Aer lingus has any actual customer service in mind, they only need to check my GC account. I am not. Others about a free coffee and a stale scone on a Monday morning, they can keep them, but the fast track facility and priority boarding is worth getting this resolved for. If only
