If you have a U.S. ATM card, and your PIN is four characters, it will work in any ATM there. There may be a fee, depending on the terms of that ATM card, but it will be tiny in the context of the cost of your trip and not worth worrying about. You can minimize some fees by making a few relatively large withdrawals rather than lots of tiny ones. (You won't need a lot of cash if you have credit cards.)
