Unless your bank places restrictions on international withdrawals, you will have no problems withdrawing cash using your US debit cards all over Europe. In fact this is what you should do. Why would you withdraw from your credit cards? You would be paying crazy interest for this? Also, why would you not pay for your hotels, etc with credit cards rather than cash?
