How does fastrak charge you? Do you link a credit card to your account, and they charge it:

  1. when the balance drops below a threshold
  2. each time you pass through a barrier
  3. daily, weekly or monthly

-OR- do you use the card to deposit an amount of money? That's probably what one means by "manual".
