Hello!
RAM shorthaul planes in J are quite comfortable. 2-2 seating configuration.

The transit hotel (you need to cross immigration, and almost get out of the terminal to have it booked in a shady office) was quite OK for the layover.
You are transported in a complimentary shuttle.
Its the same building for Y and C passengers as the building houses two hotels. 4 star for C, 3 star for Y.

As for long haul planes, unfortunately have never traveled and cant advise on the hard product.

I am mostly flying from LFW nowadays.
