If it's three hours from wheels down at LHR at take off of your next flight, you won't have that much time in the lounge anyway. Your transfer time and next security can easily take over an hour, and add a bit more for taxiing and getting off the plane. Your boarding for the next flight will be about 45 mins before take off, so a maximum of 40 minutes in the lounge if the flight is one time. If you are on separate tickets then you will probably have no time for the lounge. I believe the type of PP you have gets only you in so you'll have to pay for all additional guests, definitely not worth it.
