The transportation is simple using the AirTrain which is free for inter-terminal transportation. Just ask the PA employee there for which train to enter as you want to be going in the correct direction! As for the two-hour limit, the only concern I have is how it takes for you to go through immigration and customs and then check in yet again for another int'l trip.
