....but not sure what can be done about it. I hate when people wait until every row in front of them is empty before beginning the slow process of gathering their overhead belongings, merging them with their underseat belongings, and then putting on their jacket. But how does an airline put the "do whatever you can do ahead of time so you can grab your s*** and go" policy in place?
