Due to a family illness we have to cancel flights to NZ coming up in 2 weeks. Can I rebook and then cancel the new flights with more than 22 days before departure and have my points refunded??


Cancel your entire itinerary or - if you've already flown part of your trip - you can cancel the remaining portion of your itinerary to re-book at a later date.
If tickets have been issued, you can re-book another flight reward of equal value to travel before the ticket validity date - a non-refundable change fee will apply when you re-book.
Unused Tickets are valid for travel within one year from date of issuance. Partially Used Tickets are valid for travel within one year from the date of the first flown flight.
Reinstate the miles to your account up to 22 days before your departure.
Your miles will be reinstated to your account and airport taxes and surcharges will be reimbursed on your credit card (Aeroplan non-refundable fees excluded).
