produce Death Certificate and can pass account/points to surviving wife/husband

to change account name needs contacting IHG for IHG to alter themselves
o i see changing if acct owners name changes, eg Will do for marriage etc
o or to correct ones name to match Airline account name if not same, eg Will Smith updates to William Smith etc
o Can't see doing other times, else fraud and people selling accts/points/status, by renaming accounts

Further IHG dont support/allow joint or duplicate/second accounts, and have been known to close "duplicate accts" at same address if same CC used to setlle both names on that basis.
