More anecdotal evidence re: J/R availability on YYZ-SFO / SFO-YYZ.

Just boarded AC739 (operated by a 763), and witnessed multiple op ups (at least 3 couples) at the gate. The recipients appeared to have little or no status, as they seemed extremely surprised and thrilled (and even confused at first).
