In Nov 2015, I was at 48 nights when I received an email from GP extending Diamond thru Feb 2017. It was the first time I reached Diamond and I have no idea what triggered this exception as I did not ask for it. I did spend nearly $15K that year at Hyatt properties, FWIW.
