Yes I did go to the China Eastern lounge. There is a J and an F lounge but QF pax can only use the J lounge regardless of status.
Seemed crowded, but ok. Spent almost all my time on the Bund so only had about 25 mins in the lounge of which about 24 mins was either in the shower or walking to and from the shower so only 1 min looking around. The shower was quite good, although they really need to put a chair inside so middle aged slightly plump blokes can put their shoes on easier.
I was also also allowed into the Perth domestic J lounge wearing flip-flops despite the flip-flop ban haha.
