can't book kul, bkk award online?
When I try to book anything other than sin-sfo or hkg-sfo (eg kul-sfo or bkk sfo) I get an error message saying no flights available BUT if I try to book revenue ticket kul-sfo it prices out fine (but then when I select flights it says I have to call SQ and ?can't buy online?)
Any insight?
