Crewitis is when a Flight Crew who flies for more than one segment in a small enclosed fuselage gets headaches and cabin fever. They were so tired and thought they were hospital worthy. Heck not one passenger took ill and needed to go to the hospital. Crewitis takes 14 hours to feel the first symptoms and headaches, Jet Lag and dizziness both meet the criteria (: Just another term to get American to give them more time off as this is a junior crew who worked Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Perhaps a planned way to get more time off. What says you?
