Another vote for SAS -- their Y is also considerably better than LH, esp. on the old 747s usually plying the SIN-FRA route, and doubly so if you get/upgrade to Economy Extra.

I wouldn't pay much for TG C, but TG's Y is OK. Seat pitch and service are generally better than LH, although the lack of IFE is the same.
