Hello FT,

I flew THY from KHI-ORD via IST on the 28th. Turkish Airlines left my bag at Istanbul. I live in Minneapolis, MN and took my connecting flight after filing a claim. They said they will have it mailed to me. I have not yet received my bag and Turkish Airlines is "working on it, they have it located"

Am I entitled to any compensation?
Is there a phone# / email where I can escalate my issue?
