Given the choices you have after SQ I would take SK.

I haven't flown SAS long haul in a couple of years but they were excellent in C.

As a 2 class airline their C was much better than LH.

They may have downgraded too but from what I hear about LH, I seriously consider changing airlines and FTL programs. Unfortunately their routes and connections do suit my travel patterns.
