I'll be traveling ATL-BOG-ATL with a friend. I'll be purchasing both tickets so well both be on the same PNR, etc. I'll be purchasing FC for myself (I want MQMs/MQDs of course) and coach for my friend. What upgrade mechanism do I use to get my friend into F? A regional upgrade certificate? A global upgrade certificate? Unlimited complimentary upgrade since I'm a diamond?
