How can you say they aren't getting anywhere with management about the uniforms? They've been offered alternate options, testing has been done on the uniforms, management has even worn the uniforms, etc.

As to this situation, crews complaining about "headaches" due to fumes have been going on for years. More often that not these turn out to be nothing. Plus when you only have crew getting sick from fumes but not one passenger has gotten ill, thats highly suspect.
