kateromanelli, welcome to FT. We'll move your query over to the UK & Ireland forum where they should be very familiar with Heathrow Rewards.

As a pre-rider to doing that, stores at Heathrow may ask for your boarding card, in order to maximise their VAT position for non-EU passenger purchases, but you are not obliged to hand it over.
