While I'm sorry to hear that, I am a bit confused. I've been a C1 customer for about 5 years and my experience has been excellent. They messed up one time and they quickly amended the issue. I've been trying to keep up with the reading of this thread and it keeps coming to me that you are focused on your miles, period... not on any legal stuff that may be lingering around or in the fact that a bank has just dropped you, where none of the last 2 can be good. Rather than coming here to see if you are getting your miles back (which I guarantee you won't), I'd be with a lawyer on them to make sure that you are clear and clean... and then ask for your miles.
