Depending on the aircraft type, exit rows are either available to Star Gold (767), any passenger who asks (733), or a mixture of the two (744). As long as your Star Gold number is entered in the PNR, you'll be able to get exit row seats assigned - however, if shorter people have already taken them, the airport won't kick them out for you, I'm afraid
