Strange one here, just searched Manila and search results returns "NEW" hotel along with the usual 3x of Makati/Glorietta HI+suites and the CP and HI at Ortigas
New hotel is not flagged as one of IHG Brands... seems to be an "Independent" if that is possible/allowed ?? It is Remmington Hotel, and is right opposite NAIA T3 at Resorts World Complex

Can't find this hotel's own website , but rwmamila shows as 1 of 4 hotels in rw, and clicking on check-availability route to IHG.COM and title of hotel

Anyway worthwhile IHG Manila option, far cheaper than costly HI Makati and very convenient for NAIA.
Currently I use nearby Marriott at about 300% Remmington's Rate since !st Jan2016 when Intercontinental closed.
