I think the wisdom in Ontario is brilliant, where families who can no longer afford to pay for heat and electricity, simply have those resources cut off that way they no longer pollute and the environment wins

Not being political just saying we live in the Northern Hemisphere, with a cold climate, with an abundant natural resources, with no available and practical alternative solutions

...and Canada Post still charges Fuel Surcharge that is amended every month
